Brodie Sakakibara is Associate Professor in the Department of Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of British Columbia, and Investigator at the Centre for Chronic Disease Prevention and Management. He is also a HSFC National New Investigator (2023 to 2026), and previously a MSHRBC Scholar (2018 to 2023). Dr. Sakakibara directs the activities of the Okanagan Stroke Research Lab, located at UBC-Okanagan, focusing on: i) chronic disease management after stroke; and ii) virtual rehabilitation.
